Customers return products for many reasons, many of which are not related to an item's ability to function properly: a customer may change his or her mind, not like the product, or have difficulty operating it. Whether it is returned a month later or only the very next day, such an item must be identified as remanufactured by us to be resold.

How are products remanufactured?
When a product is returned, it is inspected thoroughly, repaired (if needed) and restored to original specification, tested and repackaged for resale. Such items are no longer sold as "new", but can only be sold as "remanufactured".

Are remanufactured items as good as new?
Absolutely yes! Remanufactured products are often better than new, because they undergo more rigorous inspection and testing procedures than new products. The defect rate of remanufactured items is far lower as well. Sometimes items sold as remanufactured are, in fact, "new" items that have simply been repackaged due to damage to the box or casing during shipping.

How do I identify remanufactured products?
Our remanufactured products are all noted on the product details page with the words REMANUFACTURED. When you see the word REMANUFACTURED, you know you're in for a great deal on a fantastic product!

Will remanufactured products come in different packaging?
By law, product packaging must state if an item is refurbished or reconditioned. Thus, some items will arrive in a regular retail box with a “remanufactured” sticker or it may come repackaged in a plain brown or white box. Enclosed manuals may refer to accessories (camera cases, straps, for example) that are not included with the refurbished or reconditioned product.
